:( Just not going as planned!!!

I had really hoped to share with you all a yummy recipe for Cranberry Sausage Stuffing w/ walnuts this week. To no avail. My attempt has been a HUGE failure.

I have one last try I'm doing.

I'm going to prepare a loaf of Lorka Gluten-free Flax Bread and then try again.

I've been given a recipe from Whole Foods, that I may try to adapt by adding the sausage, cranberries and walnuts.

If I get it to work, I'll post for you.

What about a cornbread stuffing? I have had great success making cornbread with Pamela's baking mix and cornmeal. I think this is what I'm going to do for our stuffing.

Thanx. I haven't tried again yet (haven't had time). I actually bought cornmeal today, hoping to make cornbread. I don't really think the bread was ALL of the issue, i think my flavors were off, too...so I'm working on them too.

THANKS for the suggestion! :D

Hey girl! I've made a "plain jane" stuffing with some bread I've made in the bread machine (see the 5 flour bread recipe on my site), it's basically just flavored with butter, celery, onions, and poultry seasons. Both recipes are on my site. It's turned out great both times I've made it. Tastes very similar to the pepperidge farms dressing that I made for years! I'd love for you to try it and see if it works for you!

The cornbread is a great idea too! I'd even mix up both corn bread and a homemade loaf of GF bread! Mmmm!!! I can't wait to see how it turns out!

BTW Krista... I'm going to make your pumpkin squares to take along to my great-grandma's. I think it will travel better than a GF pie! I can't wait to try it! I'll let you know how it goes!
